The Parish Council understands the financial pressure parishioners feel at the moment around the Cost-of-Living Crisis that is gripping the nation. Whilst the Parish Council is very limited in the direct help it can give to parishioners, it can act as a noticeboard for everyone to hopefully gain help and advice from any of the local/national bodies who have initiatives and/or grants in place that will assist anyone who is facing financial issues.

If you are feeling the cold and want some where warm you can go for a chat and a hot drink then the following are running in the Parish:

All Saints Church, Sheepy Magna will be open between 10 am and 12 noon on weekdays during December, January, February and March to provide a warm place in which anyone can sit, make themselves a cup of tea or coffee and perhaps meet with friends and share a conversation.
It is already open on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Coffee and Conversation between
10 am and 12 noon.

This extra time is supported by a grant from Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
