Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council Local Plan Regulation 18 Consultation
Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council Local Plan Regulation 18 Consultation
Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council (HBBC) is currently consulting on its draft Local Plan (2024–2045). Once approved, the Plan will set out HBBC’s vision and strategy for future development across the Borough, including the allocation of land for housing and employment. This Regulation 18 consultation forms an important part of the process and invites comments from the community.
The Local Plan is of particular significance to Sheepy Parish, as its policies will influence future development within our area. The Parish Council will be submitting a formal response, as it has done for previous consultations, and encourages parishioners to submit their own responses.
The next Parish Council meeting will take place at Sheepy Memorial Hall on Tuesday, 4th November at 7.30pm. Parishioners are invited to attend and raise any questions or concerns regarding the draft Local Plan during the Parishioners’ Open Forum. Additional time will be allocated for this agenda item. It is anticipated that our Borough Councillors will also be in attendance. The meeting agenda can be found on the Parish Council website: www.sheepyparish.com
